Coping Mechanisms

I like to have read things or at least talked about something before I write things but I was just talking to my friend about “inauma but inabidi uzoe” as a mantra and coping mechanism.

This life continues to be a scam and therefore the need for coping mechanisms is understood and imperative.

At times some people act like coping mechanisms are not a good idea, like seriously – you high achiever – stop judging the rest of us. Mind your business.

Coping mechanisms: religion, drugs, alcohol, eating, sex, distractions, avoidance, isolation etc etc

This life honestly? Inabidi tuzoe.
